The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. I was in contact with them and they kindly changed our room when I raised my concerns. They also gave farewell to us with traditional Rajasthani caps, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The location was also convenient.

The room was quite small and did not meet our expectations from the photos. Even after changing rooms, the bathroom was a big no-no. It was not well maintained and needs improvement. Overall, the staff were good and welcoming, but the room and bathroom need more attention.

I stayed here for one night, and overall it was a decent, budget-friendly experience. What I liked: - Tea and breakfast were served on time. - The hotel offers good value for money. - The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the railway station and the bus station. - The staff were very friendly and courteous. At checkout, they gave us a warm farewell by presenting us with traditional Rajasthani caps, which was a thoughtful gesture. I would recommend this hotel for a one-night or short stay. However, if you're planning a longer stay or traveling in a larger group, you may find the room size less comfortable than expected based on the photos.

Areas for improvement: - The bathroom could have been better maintained not as per the photos shown .. - The rooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos. We booked both a 3-person room and a 4-person room. While the 3-person room was comfortable, the 4-person room felt cramped and was not ideal for four adults.
