Property worth stay

Location and the apartment. And it was clean.

Confusion in booking. The booking was not received by the gaurd who manages the property, so had to call up the owner

Comfortable stay in 3bhk

Property was very well maintained, neat & clean. Very near to all markets a nd evrything was easy accesible. Ample parking for both our cars. The caretaker was very well behaved and helped us guide around nearby areas. We are going to stay here again during our next week trip to jaipur. Overall comfortable stay.

It was pleasant.

The property mentioned amenities like slippers, netflix and late check out. When I asked for the same the caretaker’s response was not available. On the last day of our stay, the guest staying on the lower floor played music throughout the night and the caretaker was unable to help.

Spacious rooms, all facilities, good service

Bathroom shower results in entire bathroom getting wet. Glass cubicles are wrapped only placed. Gas knobs didn’t work.

A lavish 4bhk, perfect home away from home

The location, the rooms, cleanliness, smooth check-in, quality of interior and cabinets, kitchen and utensils, work desk setup, and amenities.

The kitchen stove knobs need to be worked on. Those needed some repair, and we have highlighted the same to Shivraj ji, who takes care of the apartment.

Pets were allowed and location

Everyday cleaning and bed sheet changes were missing. We were getting a Marriott hotel at the same rate however the only limitation for us was per were not allowed and we had to settle for Olive. I believe they can make this better with more customer friendly staff who strive to keep the apartment clean on daily basis.

Great space for a family away from touristy area

It was a nice sized apartment- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting area - worked well for travelling as a family. It also felt very safe. It is not in the centre of the city and we were able to walk around the neighbourhood without being hassled.

The hot water tanks in the bathrooms are small - be prepared to shower very fast!

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property. Olive Service Apartment is a nice service apartment with excellent service. This apartment has each and every facility that a person required in his/her day to day life. It has a fully loaded kitchen with gas, fridge, microwave and utensils. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed the stay. I will definitely stay there when I will again visit Jaipur

Excellent experience, starting from the location of the property to every aspect of their services.. Thanks to the entire team for keeping the apartment well sanitized and cleaned all the time... Especially during this Covid 19 situation this was the only concern which we had but when we entered the apartment we saw the quality of maintenance and cleaning which made us so comfortable, team is taking good precautions, well maintained beautiful apartment, will visit again thanks..

Better than expected. Good amenities, very large & same cost as a standard hotel. Complete kitchen and living room. Location is good. Good wifi connection. I would use this place again. Really enjoyed it.
