Clean comfortable beds, fresh linen with new pillows. Spacious kitchen. Extra toilet in laundry. Efficient heating. Ample crockery and cutlery, sharp knives. Basic furnishings. Everything was clean. Location is great, walk to beach and golf club. Able to park more than 2 cars out front.

Cooktop and oven are dated, takes ages to heat up. Only very basics supplied. Half a roll of toilet paper, 2 sheets of paper towel, 1 dishwasher tablet. 2 teabags, 2 coffee sachets, 4 sugars. I know you're expected to byo, but a couple extra teabags and a full roll of toilet paper would be nice. This for a 3 bed house, sleeps 6. Basic furnishings.

Excellent location, a few mins walk to the beach and golf club.

This is a small 3bdrm house with 7 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 mirror, and a 2nd toilet in laundry. However, although there are 7 beds it only has 5 dining chairs, and 5 seats in lounge room (all of which are too uncomfortable to sit on), and 2 (!) towel racks. And, 4-5 breakfast bowls. We booked for 4 nights and only had 2 sachets of washing up detergent and 2 sachets of dishwasher detergent supplied. Seriously, spend $10 at Aldi. The location is really convenient - a few minutes walk to the beach and golf club. We enjoyed our stay but it's small and cheap. For only a few hundred dollars the owners could really make a big difference with a few small upgrades. It was priced reasonably so I guess you get what you pay for. As a recent 4 year Airbnb host myself there are a number of things I'd address.
