Gorgeous view! Wonderful facilities including the pool. New cabins with excellent large bathroom and very comfortable mattress.

The lake smell

Location was beautiful Staff were very friendly and helpful

Potholes. We had 6 people and it already felt a little cramped, not sure how 8 people would feel in the 8-person cabins. It would also be good to have a heads up on when I was getting charged for the accommodation - it happened suddenly and I had insufficient funds to pay for it in one go. I had to transfer money immediately after I got charged to avoid overdraft fees on my card.

Internet was non existing, spoke to receptionist and received no reason for probem

I liked the location and the pool. The view of the lake was stunning especially for sunrise and sunset, but the smell of the lake is pretty horrible. The new receptionist/ex cleaner was so lovely!

It needs a park or trampoline pillow. Wasn’t much to do for kids except swim. The beds are really uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny. We left a day early because there was nothing really to stay for sadly. I was also charged more than my original booking payment by two shores and was told by the manager that is a transaction fee. An extra $18+ on top. I’ve never had to pay a transaction fee through booking.com! The laundry room smells so bad, it definitely needs an upgrade. Forget about the wifi, it’s non existent. The only PowerPoint in the main bedroom is on top of the wardrobe which is quite ridiculous.
