NRMA Canton Beach Holiday Park

Comfortable, clean and newish upgrade improved the overall feel of the place.

Bathroom door didn’t lock. Some pieces of crockery had chips out of them.

We stayed in a sandpiper 1 bedroom, it was lovely, modern, very clean andhas water views. Full size fridge and stove with oven, all utensils and crockery/cutlery are supplied so you don't have to take anything. Close to pool and playground. Short walk to club and you're given a club card so you receive club prices on food and drinks.

Jumping pillow was told on the Saturday that it would be fixed by Monday but it didn’t happen I had a child that has ADHD and ODD and that’s why I booked to stay for the jumping pillow and I explained that to the lady on the first day and she said she understood cause she has a child that is like that and jumping helps them

I liked being close to the water, cabins were spacious and comfy. Upon arrival staff had put the music Chanel on for us we liked that.

The Jumping pillow was advertised but not operational which was a massive disappointment to the kids during school holidays. We haven’t been away for a while and they were truly looking forward to that. Also there were no kids school holiday activities as also mentioned when booking I asked what was on and they said they hadn’t released the schedule yet. When we arrived we were told there were none. Another massive disappointment as we took the kids telling them about how good NRMA holiday parks school holiday activities were. The staff did try to accommodate by bringing down some activity packs but for 4 boys it wasn’t quite the same. Pool not being heated also was a disappointment. A nice park overall just a few things that let the time down.
