Sublime appartement centre, parc et parking

Located in a quiet area, close to St Charles area of Biarritz which has a lovely relaxed vibe with some very good restuarants and bars. Also only 10 minutes from the beach. The apartment is in a grand old building. The shutters and curtains helped protect against the heat , but on France's highest nocturnal temperature since records began we struggled to sleep on the last 2 nights , we missed AC. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. The owner Maria was very helpful and pleasant and so was Camille whom we met at the appartment. I was initially nervous about making an advance payment to an account outside booking .com but everything went very smoothly. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.

only minor niggles; only 1 dish cloth provided, 1 loo roll, token shampoo. The parking area was very tight at the weekend, very difficult to negotiate without scratching rented car on the hedge. Storage / wardrobe space in the bedrooms could be improved

Bien situé, proche du centre, le parking indispensable à Biarritz dans la résidence. Accueil très sympathique et hote très reactive lors des différents contacts.

Isolation thermique et phonique et pas même de gel douche ni shampoing ,un peu de savon liquide mains rallongé à l 'eau... Nous aurions aimé trouver aussi un peu de lessive pour lavage à la main.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, très bien décoré. Appartement très bien situé, très calme et facilement accessible grâce au parking privé et sécurisé. L'accueil de Maria a été excellent avant, pendant et après notre séjour et a pris soin de notre confort.
