Decent place to stay and affordable

The place has good coffee 24/7, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure.

Unfortunately we were placed right above the fitness center and you could hear the noise from there and the bathroom doors would slam shut ( as I found out when I used one). The first breakfast was over cooked, but after that they were fine. Room 208 the conditioner was put in the shampoo dispenser, shampoo (not much left) was put in the conditioner dispenser, and the body wash was empty or plugged. ( management gave me product to use).

I had read a few reviews that mentioned there was no soap in the showers and that pillows were flat....sure enough! There was no soap in our shower and front desk did not have any to give us. New pillows would definitely be great!

Bed was a little firmer than we like but it was not so hard that it made your side fall asleep if you laid on it like other hotels have. A little tricky to find at night because the sign is a banner attached to the building not a lit up sign as you might expect (we were told they recently changed names).

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, and the next time I’ll be there as well.

Check-in was quick and easy. The clerk was friendly. Breakfast was good and consist of scrambled eggs, patty, sausage, hash, brown potatoes, biscuits, and gravy or cereals and fruit.

Mixed bag

It appears to be quite nice upon entering. Bathroom and beds were great. But old carpet and furniture from the flea market was kinda disappointing. Breakfast was great though. And very nice staff!

Let’s say I’ve found much nicer furniture from Goodwill.

The staff was very kind.

It needs work. Carpets stained, needed paint. They had the exercise room shut down for remodeling. I was in a handicap room, but the toilet really needs to be one of the higher models as if you have really bad knees it’s hard to bend that much.

Staff was kind but the cleanliness of the rooms need improvement.

Breakfast was good

Our original room (room 230) had a foul, mildew smell. The carpet was in very bad shape. We asked for another room & we were given room 208. It didn't have the bad smell but the carpet was stained everywhere. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. There was no bathroom / shower fan. Lastly, the breakfast attendant started removing the food 15 min before it was over. They should wait until breakfast hours are over.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean overall and my husband loved the water pressure. The price was reasonable, and the location was great. Breakfast was decent.

The reviews and ratings are misleading

The staff were all really nice.

The room smelled of mold and there was a lot of obvious mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom door would hardly close and was really out of alignment which my kids weren’t strong enough to close and then it woke everyone up in the morning. They only provided 2 towels for a double room with 4 people. The side door was broken.

Fits the needs on paper but lacks in person

Easy to get to, quiet, and a great location overall. It was easy to find, keys worked well and breakfast was provided.

Staff seemed uninterested to provide service. The biggest downfall was the room. Someone else's hair in the shower, black mold, mold in almost every corner of the bathroom, and splatters of something on the walls.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent for the price. The shower was extra hot and had such great pressure. The sheets were clean as well.

The toilet seat was lose so I kept sliding to the side. The breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from. The room was humid so even with the temp low it was still quite warm.

Filthy prob the nastiest hotel I’ve been in looked like hadn’t been cleaned in months sheets were covered in stains and hair and stuff all over bathroom floor. The hotel also smells awful strong weed smell! Had put towel under door try block some smell out .
