Excellent location few min from tube, next to shops, modern, clean.

Good place to stay in London and good value for money - it is tucked away and close to local tube station so easy to get around to main attractions - it is fairly spacious and the kitchen was nice

Very cosy and comfortable appartment for 2 people, especially as a couple. Has everything you need and the location is nice to reach other parts of london. The area itself has a Tesco express next to it which is perfect, but quite expensive. The host and housekeeper are very friendly and supportive with anything and are always ready to help. The remote wasn’t working when we arrived, and they fixed it next morning. Lovely housekeeper that will always come when needed. I requested to decorate the appartment with valentines attributes (flowers. Rose leaves, flowers, balloons, chocolates) and it was absolutely stunning and a perfect suprise for my girlfriend, as she arrived first. I paid a decent amount for it and i’m happy they were willing to take the effort to arrange this. Says a lot about their service level.

The shower temparature was impossible to adjust in the beginning. It took me 2 days to learn how to adapt the temparature. The water is either too hot or very cold. To find the middle point where the water becomes pleasantly warm, you spend a couple minutes trying to find the sweetspot by a millimeter to make the water warm. This is not a dealbreaker, but it is the only thing that I didn’t like and that shouldn’t be hard to fix for future guests.

Location was the only positive. The picture in this booking is not the studio we got. Terrible and when I asked they said they had two.

The photo is misleading, really small space, dusty, not as clean and old really used things inside (like rusty toilet holder-must things including the cushions and sofa looks really old and used). The bed was terrible, you barely put the hand on the mattress and it makes the most terrible sound and you can feel the metal when laying down on it , also no space next to one end of the bed. They have two different studios and we got the tiny one, the products they place are the cheap easy too. Wouldn’t recommend , booked for older couple for daughter’s wedding and was a big disappointment, in comparison to other options in the area. I asked them about the bed for the specific type of guest and they said that the bed wouldn’t be a problem, not true: uncomfortable, bed against a thin wall next to the other studio, and barely any space on the bottom to move either because the cabinet/closet is there. Not at all comfortable. They say they leave tea, a couple of coffee and milk, and they got no milk, and old opened loose teabags and already tried to nespresso cups. Host also leaves you with a housekeeper name and number and that’s it. The photography makes it look comfortable but it’s not, really tiny! Be aware, is no refund for a reason: trap!
