3 minute walk to underground train. The host was really nice, they left us water, tea, coffee. Supermarkets are close (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots). The bed was very comfortable, the closet was big enough to fit all our clothes and 3 suitcases. The host provided shower gel and toilet paper - it was nice not to have to think about it on the first day.

Lack of cleaning tools, we stayed for 10 days and were only given small brush and dustpan, it was frustratingly difficult to keep the place tidy. The shower faucet is super difficult to regulate. Other than that it’s a great place!

The location was excellent and safe. Tesco, M&S Food, and local shops were a short walk from the studio, and Southfields station was just a few minutes away. The studio itself was small but very comfy, the kind of place you can call home for a short stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the host communicated quickly and helpfully.

The neighbours upstairs sometimes played music and watched TV past midnight, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s worth being aware of this

Exceptional location within walking distance of the tube station and more importantly Gail’s. Property is great for two with all the facilities you could ask for. It was exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a weekend away. I will without question be using it again.

I’ve thought carefully and for our purposes attending a family occasion, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was the only positive. The picture in this booking is not the studio we got. Terrible and when I asked they said they had two.

The photo is misleading, really small space, dusty, not as clean and old really used things inside (like rusty toilet holder-must things including the cushions and sofa looks really old and used). The bed was terrible, you barely put the hand on the mattress and it makes the most terrible sound and you can feel the metal when laying down on it , also no space next to one end of the bed. They have two different studios and we got the tiny one, the products they place are the cheap easy too. Wouldn’t recommend , booked for older couple for daughter’s wedding and was a big disappointment, in comparison to other options in the area. I asked them about the bed for the specific type of guest and they said that the bed wouldn’t be a problem, not true: uncomfortable, bed against a thin wall next to the other studio, and barely any space on the bottom to move either because the cabinet/closet is there. Not at all comfortable. They say they leave tea, a couple of coffee and milk, and they got no milk, and old opened loose teabags and already tried to nespresso cups. Host also leaves you with a housekeeper name and number and that’s it. The photography makes it look comfortable but it’s not, really tiny! Be aware, is no refund for a reason: trap!
