Hybrid Resi - London, Wandsworth close to Clapham

It was very clean and the location was great for London and a quiet street with a lovely cafe on the corner..

There were no simple condiments at all. No oil, no salt, no pepper, no tea bags, no coffee, nothing. No instruction manual so we found using the electric heaters and temperature of water by experimenting with the controls.

It was comfortable, modern and in a quiet neighbourhood.

The sitting room area was a bit sparse and there was no furniture in the outside area.

Location was good it was clean and well presented.

Fridge didn’t work, bought a fridge full of food woke up to it all off and smelling. It should have been checked before hand that it was working. Reported it they wanted to come in whilst I was staying In the flat to change a fridge which wouldn’t work as I had pets with me I had pets which I informed of them of beforehand. However 2 days in they started sending me really demanding emails for money for my pets. These emails should have been sent and followed up before I arrived. Not two days in. The stair well was piled high with 3 big laundry bags of clean and dirty laundry easily 30kg each complete trio hazard, this was there the whole time I was there for 5 days. Had to move them out the way just to walk up and down. The hand rails on the stairs were coming apart my wife held on as she walked up and they came away from the wall. Staff send essays of emails to you constantly explaining why your stay isn’t going to plan. But basically just blaming me for all the problems. As if somehow it’s all my fault they’re incompetent and don’t check the property before each time it is re-let out.
