The area of location, close to a park and proximaty to shops. Overall appeal of apartment.
The very steep staircases. Housekeeping/ maintenance can be improved eg. kitchen towels, smelly drains. Uncomfortable sofa couch.

Kareem and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and were very accommodating with swift replies. The location was perfect being near Wimbledon Park that held an event we attended. Also very close to local amenities. The accommodation was great with an en-suite bathroom to each bedroom and balcony overlooking the park. Quiet neighbourhood.
