Great location, lovely rooms, helpful staff, fine restaurant

The staff were very polite, helpful even though there was a language barrier. The room was excellent. Bedding and bed, very comfortable. Decent selection in the mini bar. All of the decor was tastefully done and very stylish. We had room service for breakfast twice, the food was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant once and had drinks the second night, while sharing a hookah. Without hesitation, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chernivtsi.
The night we went to dinner at the restaurant, we ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine and as we enjoyed the food, we then asked to order the main course, only to be told that the kitchen was closed. No notice, just in the middle of dinner, we could no longer order. We couldn't even get a few slices of bread for the pate we were eating. Servers rarely came to the table, and there was no notice or warning about anything. My recommendation is better training for the staff, it's apparent that they just don't know how to deal with customer service. We requested a late check out and when finally checking out they notified me there was a charge for it. Which is fine, I understand but to avoid conflict with other guests, they should state when the request is made there will be a charge. It's not the employees' fault, they just don't know. Regardless of these issues, I will always stay here when in Chernivtsi.

The hotel is very cosy, modern and clean. Despite of situation in Ukraine it always has electricity and heating . It is very warm in the hotel. The restaurant is very good too. The food is super tasty and they have bog variety of different meals. They serve breakfast , lunch and dinner there . The location is in the heart of the city which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I think the quality of coffee at the bar can be improved

During check out - the administration of this hotel checks your room to make sure you didn’t steal anything. This is outrageous.
