Central location fronting a large park. Secure parking and changeable carpet in the hotel lift to tell guests what day of the week it is. Very useful. Lady piano player entertains sleepy breakfasters with sweet background music on select mornings.
Well run hotel with pleasant members of staff.

The reception staff was great! Eugenia, Darya, and Anastasya were very kind. The room cleaners are also very kind as well as efficient.
Parking lot was noisy and people smoking in that are cause smoke to go up into windows of rooms.

The restaurant, where only a few people go, is really good. I had a nice traditional Bukovinian dish. The staff did utmost best to explain.
Hotel Bykovina is the old 'Soviet' hotel of town. But they made the move to modern services while keeping some of the good things of the past. I like (some) remnants of that old Soviet times. And good value for money!
There was no wine on the dinner menu. While Ukraine has some nice wines from own produce.
