Прекрасне розташування, 5 хв до пляжу, поруч є супермаркет, рибний магазин та все що потрібно для комфортного проживання. Нас проживало 4 сімʼї, було дуже комфортно, є місце для паркування 3х авто. Поруч парковка, але вона не активна, тому місце дуже тихе і затишне.

We stayed at this villa for the second year in a row, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The house is very clean, well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautifully maintained and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt at home. Highly recommended!

The villa is great, on 3 floors, very close to the beach, restaurants, 1.5 km walk from the center. The hostess was punctual, the villa was fully equipped with everything you need, there was an iron, washing machine, dryers, covered parking spaces, grill, barbecue, oven and many other amenities. Quiet and peaceful street.

They could renew the beds.

Very nice yard, excellent barbecue space outside. Nicely decorated house with everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay in it (list of what was available and at our disposal in the house would be too long). House has 11 beds and is divided in two living areas: Basement, that is a flat by its own, with separate entrance (3 sleeping rooms, kitchen with dining table and living room next to it). This part of the house has only single beds (5). And it has no air-conditioning, though it was pleasant throughout the day in it. And the two-level flat above basement has 3 sleeping rooms with double beds (6) and one cot. Two sleeping rooms are on second level and they have air conditioning and separate bathrooms each. Lower level is one sleeping room and an excellent kitchen area with a living room. Both flats have terraces with seating, and from above terrace there is a partial sea view with beautiful sunsets. All the amenities were excellent and functioning (several kinds of coffee machines in the house, every coffee making type was covered). There is a covered parking within the yard that can fit 3 cars, and there is a huge parking right next to the house that can be used free of charge as well. In the very close range there is a nice restaurant that has home made take-away food (Dimitris); large, well equipped and cheap supermarket (Pitsias); two excellent bakeries; and one of the best fish markets in whole of Sithonia. Beach nearby is narrower than most beaches in the Sithonia, but with plenty of space (was not crowded in beginning of July). Beach itself is sandy, but there is pebbles in most shallow parts upon entrance in the water. Water was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the beach quite a lot. We visited also other beaches in Sithonia as house is in excellent location to reach every beach o We had an extended family stay in the house for 2 weeks in July and we simply loved it! It was quiet, relaxing, without worries and no issues whatsoever.

Unfortunately, mosquitos were annoying as they can be. In the house we have been equipped (by the host) with plenty of insect repellent devices.
