L’appartement est spacieux, calme, au 4eme étage mais avec ascenseur. Il est situé dans un quartier très animé avec de très nombreux restaurants autour. Les déplacements sont faciles, soit à pied, soit avec les transports à proximité. La Clim a été très appréciée surtout avec les 40 degrés dehors ! La machine à laver est également un plus mais il serait peut être bien de laisser un peu de lessive sur place.. Sinon vraiment rien à dire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Les robinetteries qui ont beaucoup de calcaire mais c’est un détail.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. ÖPNV sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Betten waren wirklich sehr unbequem und haben bei jeder zweiten Bewegung gequietscht. Auf solchen Betten haben wir zuvor noch nicht geschlafen. Im Bad befand sich in der Dusche zum Teil Schimmel. Über der Matratze befand sich kein Hygieneüberzug, nur ein einfaches Laken (kein Spannbettla ken). Dadurch hat man Teil direkt auf der Matratze gelegen. Die Bilder im Internetaufritt stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Nachts ist es relativ laut. Es ist recht hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn deutlich.
