Lokalizacja 10/10 Naprawdę pod względem lokalizacji mieszkanie jest idealnie położone
Mieszkanie jest usytuowane w bloku, przez co słychać mocno sąsiadów ( głośniejsze rozmowy/ spłukiwanie wody/ czy pranie o 2 w nocy) Przed nami wynajmował mieszkanie ktoś z psem i były po tym ślady . Włosy w pościeli czy pojedyncze fragmenty suchej karmy za kanapą . Po poduszkach dekoracyjnych(kanapa i łóżko) widać, że nie są często prane. Szyba prysznicowa jest zaniedbana(kamień i pleśń w rogach przy silikonie)
