Lokalizacja, dojazd, rozkład apartamentu, duża powierzchnia apartamentu, kuchnia z wyposażeniem. Ogólnie nieźle, a byłoby dużo lepiej, gdyby po prostu myć podłogi, kabinę prysznicową i inne, po każdej wizycie lokatorów, tak jak powinno być. Naprawdę niewiele trzeba, bo jest potencjał tego apartamentu. Dla dwóch osób ok, bo sypialnia robi dobre wrażenie.
Niemiłosiernie brudna podłoga w całym apartamencie, niemyta od tygodni chyba. Radzę używać klapki od razu. Zrobienie kilku kroków w skarpetkach- od razu do prania. Pościel nieświeża, a szczególnie narzuta na kanapie zakurzona i śmierdząca, a sama kanapa poplamiona. Sprzątanie na dwóję!
