Lavender Lodge

Everything you could possibly need, including generous breakfast hamper, fruit bowl and refreshments. Fabulous location away from the busy centre. Idylic. Glen and Sandra were very welcoming and friendly hosts.

Fantastic apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Air Con was especially good in the heart wave!! Fabulous provision of food in the kitchen was really helpful and lovely. The terrace looked great, but it was too hot for us to use it!! Pub was a very short walk away.

Slightly tricky to find, although Google Maps was right.

It’s tricky to find superlatives that will adequately describe our experience of Lavender Lodge. The hosts were excellent from start (providing detailed directions) to finish (and it was such an enjoyable experience we didn’t want to finish). The lodge is excellently located for the Arun Valley. The lodge itself is … the term “well-catered” doesn’t do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and the generosity of the hosts left us speechless. The garden area is charming and relaxing, offering lovely views towards Burpham. Can’t remember being so relaxed and welcomed in a holiday accommodation. Just gutted we didn’t book an extra night.

Nice, peaceful location with picturesque garden. Modern design with all facilities taken care of. The owners were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.
