Lovely staff, clean functional rooms.
Superb location next to the railway station.
A great base for exploring the area.
A no nonsense bed and breakfast hotel if you dont want all the knobs and whistles of a luxury one.
And good value for money.
The main road outside can get a little noisy if you are in a road side room. But the glazing subdues that a bit and they do supply you with complimentary ear plugs if it causes you a problem but we were fine in our ground floor roadside room. The location and the lovely attentive owners and staff more then make up for a little bit of traffic noise.

Very nice breakfast room
It was difficult to operate the shower and does need some instructions. The room next door's bathroom fan was quite loud and took ages to turn itself off, which really disturbed my sleep.

Was asked to carry the tray of x2 teas when we were the only couple there. Could of at least brought them out to us, customer service!! Garden lots off rabbit droppings..
