Salt Pond -- 13 Skipjack Village

Loved the quiet location at the end of the street. My family enjoyed the screened porch and the large space of the home. The property had bikes (we didn’t actually use them but the option was great) and lots of beach chairs. The community pool was awesome and conveniently located. The golf course tee was just outside the screened porch and my grandkids loved watching the golfers. Forgot to mention the grandkids also loved the rocking chairs on the porch!

It needed a deep deep clean. When we arrived there was a very large hole in the upstairs hallway. A few of the closet doors were off the tracks (we tried to put them back but they would not stay) and there was a broken lampshade in the master bedroom. I called the real estate company and spoke to a Winter who suggested that I email the pictures to their customer service and they would come and fix it. Unfortunately they never did. It was concerning because I have young grandchildren and we were in guard trying to keep them away from those hazards.
