Amazing value for money. We went to Madrid for a few days with my sister, and the room exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with everything. We left our luggage and when the room was ready we had our coats hanged and the lugagge waiting in our room. The location was amazing, we prefered walking but plenty of tubes around as well. We had shops, bars, restaurants, cafes. Definitely returning to this gem!!
Nothing too much to say here, maybe the fact that they didn't have an iron and also we had some troubles finding the place, but the communications was excelent.

I liked the room. The location is amazing if you want to be walking distance or bus into more busy parts but not be stuck around tourists the whole time.

Easy check in process using a key safe and pin code, so can check in at any time. It was clean and just what we needed it for. Location was good, only a few stops on the metro to Sol.
The street outside didn’t smell too great and the property was quite noisy when people were coming in and out.

Good eating places near bye.
Nowhere to hang towels to dry. Very damp room. Nowhere to sit other than bed.
