Beautiful house and pool with real character.

The table tennis net and bats could do with an upgrade, as could the fridge.

Beautiful, peaceful location but close enough to the lovely beaches and towns of northern Mallorca. The house feels rustic and authentic but has all the mod-cons you need - like aircon in the bedrooms and great wi-fi. The best bit for us was the gorgeous pool, gardens and outdoor living space. There is no road noise and all you can hear are birds, crickets and sheep. We had not used Owl bookings before and were a bit anxious but we need not have worried - they kept us informed every step of the way and were really helpful if we had any problems - responding very fast - even at the weekend.

The welcome pack was a little bit frugal compared to other villas we have stayed in - after a long day travelling it would have been nice to have some fresh milk in the fridge and some bread etc - so we did not have to trek off to the supermarket as soon as we arrived , rather late in the evening. It is a small cost but it really makes a difference to guests. Almost no UK TV stations - but not a problem tbh.

Beautiful serene surroundings and view! Very secluded and quiet. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We were somewhat disappointed that the house was so worn out. On the scale of the oven, the numbers were no longer visible, the bathrooms needed new toilet brushes and shower curtains. The pillows on the patio furniture and the sun beds were very old. The blankets, that was covering the sofa, wasn’t inviting at all. And we could go on! These are all little things, but all put together we didn’t feel the villa was as inviting as other places we stayed in the island. And definitely not a place we want to go back to, unfortunately.
