Fab place. Easy parking. Great views and above the hordes and noise of Stepantsminda. Felt special. Adequate facilities for self catering. Comfortable large matress in the mezzanine (on the floor). Clean, good linen. For shoulder season or winter only I would strongly recomend it.

The sofabed combo was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on, basically it is 2 folded up beds with almost no attempt at making them usable as sofas - the main bedroom is great though. The self catering facilities lack some obvious but essential items like a sieve or colander, oven gloves or teatowel etc - we managed but sooooo easy to do better. The main issue is the heat: massive glass frontage, bedroom up high, no aircon, in mid june we managed but it gets very hot very quickly - there is no way I would consider this place in the summer. (we were there mid June)

Everything was good apart when you book it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get the front cottages with the better view. I think they have to be clear with which one you get cause we booked two separate ones and we thought it’ll be next to each other for both families, my other family didn’t want the one at the back and we had to swap with them cause they wanted to leave

The view is perfect 🤩 the weather looks beautiful the mountains in front of u all looks perfect 😍 i love it everyone should book for them nice ppl thank u for the service 🙏

The location is so fantastic. The views were incredible. The houses were clean and comfortable. The location was great, we had a car so we drove into Stepantsminda but it would be possible to walk (although it would be uphill on the way back!). We travelled with our toddler and the hosts were able to provide a cot (although it was slightly broken). The hosts were communicative and helpful. We were able to park onsite.

Nothing not to like. They could do with a new cot!
