Villa Vora Puerto Pollensa by JS Villas

We have had a truly wonderful stay and think that the villa is a great place to enjoy with your family! Air conditioning is fab, bedrooms and layout is great as kids got their sleep not being too close to eachother. Outdoor space/area is wonderful. Pool area is fantastic & all 10 of us had a brilliant time enjoying it! 2 large fridge freezers which is great. Supermarket is only 6/7 minutes walk away, the restaurants on seafront are about 10/12 mins walk. Some restaurants to recommend are; Bella Roma, Dakota Tex Mex, Seaside, Can Pescador … Beach area is fabulous if you head to the right at the port roundabout, there’s a beach cafe - awesome food, pedalos, other water sports, supermarket right opposite & ice cream parlour that has some great flavours on offer. We would happily return to this villa as location, space & overall property is excellent- just small issues need to be rectified as currently feel the price paid doesn’t reflect the condition/some issues at the property. IGNORE negative reviews … it’s some small maintenance issues that can be easily fixed.

The only few criticisms that I feel need to be raised - maintenance and upkeep of the property to share with the owner and improve the stay for other guests in the future… *ALL garden Furniture is fairly tired, require new cushions. *Oven - not very productive (takes extra time to cook food), knobs get very hot & only 1 oven tray. *Showers/bathrooms - all need a little updating, unblocking, resealing / trays are scratched, making them look dirty & leak onto floor ! *Kitchen sink leaks underneath- needs resealing/replumbing & new waste pipe (smells a little) *Pool area needs a little TLC, couple of broken edges. Amazing size & clean though! *BBQ - very unclean, needs replacing/updating as unusable!

Swimming pool , gardens, views and air conditioning Although the Villa was a distance from the Restaurants and bars it was close enough for the family ( with ages from 5 ) to walk on an evening to Porto Pollença and back

Barbecue area needs needs a relook A walkway from the kitchen to the pool would be an advantage. More detailed instruction to work the equipment including the TV and Dishwasher would be helpful More bin bags for refuse

The outside space and the pool were fantastic.

lack of wardrobe space; showers spilled onto floor tiles and lack of power points in kitchen/dining area. The property was difficult to find for our transfer company - it wasn’t available on Google maps and the image on Google search indicated that the property was closed. These issues were not major as we spent most of our time utilising the outdoor spaces. The property in general is looking a bit ‘tired’ and we would have expected a higher standard for the price we paid.

Very spacious and clean. The pool was of a good size and although not heated was a good temperature. The outlook of the property was excellent on a very large plot.

we loved the property, but could do with some updating especially in the middle bathroom as the ceiling required some attention, this did not distract from the enjoyment of the holiday.
