Villa Carla by Sealand Villas

Excellent value for money, very clean and has everything you could reasonably want.

It felt a little dated and needed some minor maintenance work in places. The location although quiet and peaceful, is about a 20 minute walk to the front at Port de Pollenca.

We konden de licht knop van het zwembad niet vinden. Voor ‘s avonds wel fijn.

Tres belle maison avec des pièces spacieuses et de belles terrasses dans un environnement reposant , avec vue sur les montagnes et un très beau jardin méditerranéen . Billard et table de ping pong sur la terrasse La proximité des plages de Pollença et des commodités était aussi un atout La région est magnifique !

It had so much potential but frankly has been neglected The pool man kept the pool and surrounding area very clean.

Dishwasher leaks over the floor. Washing machine door handle was broken. Travel cot was not set up and had to be found in a wardrobe and there was no linen for it. It was also very dirty. To be fair it was replaced with a new one. A wardrobe door panel had fallen out which was due to be replaced while we were there but remained broken. The air conditioning didn’t work in two bedrooms. The cleaners came in the afternoon two days before we left and swept the downstairs floors and cleaned the bathrooms which was ok but only cursory.
