Silver Run Thredbo

Everything was perfect, a wonderful stay. Mark and Jane so helpful.

This is a high quality apartment that presents as new in terms of things like paint (no scuffing), brand name appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, carpet as new, well decorated, etc. Very nice tiling in the bathroom, full laundry. Heated floors nice underfoot. Lots of the smaller things also that make for a better stay are included e.g. Alfoil, oil, sandwich bags, coffee pods etc. Secure car park, small but useable balcony with Weber barbeque and day bed. Note is set up for two people only, not suited to family groups.

One or two items are booked for attention: They knew about the gas wall heater not working - part on order - but we neither needed nor missed it at Easter. Don't try and raise the venetian blinds - the cordage is tired and fiddly - one of the few things you notice that is not in new condition. We told them that the spa bath pump did not work. The car park does the job, but is tight. If you subscribe to the "giant SUV crowd" I don't know that you would be able to get it in the narrow space - check before booking.

Its location and the comfortable set up of the apartment.

A large rug in the lounge area which continues to scrunch making elevated walking area easy to trip over. Could lead to injury and should be replaced. Parking area very restricted.

Luxurious apartment, fully equipped to a very high standard. Excellent location for easy access to all the facilitie, Undercover parking a bonus. Keyless access was a good feature.

The rug in the lounge would not lay flat!
