Thr location. The quietness at night.
It might have been that it was Boxing Day morning but the pre arrival clean/setup was a little poor.

Great location Great storage in the bedroom
Many lights didn’t work The underfloor heating in the bedroom didn’t work The button on the toilet was broken- looked like it had been this way for some time The plates were difficult to fit in the dishwasher Also the soap dispenser wasn’t opening. Was totally clogged up when we arrived. This meant it didn’t work very well. The wifi was very average at best. We had to use hotspot on our phone.
