Great location and very quiet. Amazing view over the vineyards to San Gimignano. Drying rack in bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. Host amazing and helpful for our emergency when our rental car broke down - they drove over and helped with the language issues with the tow truck driver who came to tow the car away.
There were definitive places that could be improved as an earlier reviewer noted. The building and fixtures were very well done but the furnishings were not at the same standard (thin sheets, towels and no dish towel). There were no instructions for appliances; no paper towels, foil, wrap; one roll of TP for one week. TV very slow and old and would randomly switch on at night (and presumably during the day). There were no instructions on garbage disposal but luckily we knew the "déchetterie'" setup from visits to France.

Notre hôte a fait le maximum pour que notre arrivée se passe pour le mieux alors que nous avions un retard conséquent. Le logement est très agréable, l’environnement remarquable.

Très beau gîte au calme dans un paysage typique de la Toscane, entre Florence et Sienne. Très bien équipé pour garantir un séjour magnifique.
Les matelas pourraient être plus épais, plus fermes.
