We love the convenience and how clean and efficient it was! It's a standard Tokyo small room but it has EVERYTHING you needed, plus free hot cocoa downstairs :) Staff were friendly and helpful and we used a luggage forwarding service and it worked out fine! There is a self check-in/check-out machine at the reception but it helped that staff was there even at 4AM. For the price, location, and convenience, we'd definitely recommend it! The chain is also everywhere throughout Japan's major cities that we've seen so far. It feels clean, easy, reliable; perfect for business trips and short stays where you want a good night's sleep and close to a train station.
