安くて部屋が綺麗、駅近
鏡が小さい、場所が悪い。
姿見とまでは言わないが、座って使える鏡もあったらよかった。

松戸駅から非常に近くてネカフェのように手軽に利用できる。お店も近くに沢山ある。
駅近の割に周りはかなり静かで寝やすい。
素泊まりの必要最低限は揃っている。
お値段もお手ごろ。
満室になることが恐らくあまりないため、直前に松戸駅周辺で宿を取りたくなった時にも使いやすい。
アプリで予約すれば人と話すことなく直接お部屋にチェックインできて、チェックアウト時もカギをテーブルに置いて出るだけ。
トイレが共用部にしかない上に洋式トイレ1つだけ。(個人的にこれが最大に不便だった)
部屋に洗面台がないため手洗いや歯磨きはシャワールームを使うしかない。
宿の入口がややわかりにくい。
マンションの入口部分によくゴミが置いてあるため気になる人は向いていない。
