L'emplacement dans le vieux Riga.
Le bruit des consommateurs du bar dans la même rue que l'appartement, jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Le prix excessif pour la location pour 2 personnes seulement.

Lovely apartment in great location. Convenient for supermarket, restraunts, Old Town. Very spacious for a family of 4. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds.
Bathroom needs a bit of work doing, but all functions.

Alkuperäinen majoituksemme peruuntui, kun olimme jo matkalla. Varasimme tämän majoituksen kiireellä viime tipassa, mutta se olikin onnenpotku! Varaus varmistui heti, hyvät ohjeet majoittumiseen tulivat heti ja majapaikan rauhallisuus, varustelu ja viihtyisyys yllättivät. Pyykkikone, hyvä keittiövarustelu, silitystarvikkeet löytyivät. Majoittaja oli joustava, ystävällinen ja koko ajan aktiivisesti yhteydessä meihin. Suosittelemme!
Avaimia oli vain yksi, mikä vaati hiukan aikataulujen laatimista neljälle aikuiselle. Samoin vessoja oli vain yksi. Vuodesohvan lakana ei riittänyt kahdelle. Jääkaapin alalokero oli vähän rikki ja tavaraa putosi 😬 Nämä olivat kuitenkin pikkuasioita - sijainti, rauhallinen paikka ja hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde ovat tärkeimmät asiat.

Просторная квартира прямо на окраине Старого города. Очень удобное расположение относительно как самого города, так и автовокзала (10 минут пешком). Вход в дом в небольшом дворике, во двор ведет калитка с замком. Бары или кафе недалеко, но не в непосредственной близости, поэтому тихо. В квартире тепло (даже жарковато, но можно проветрить). Кухня хорошо оборудована, посуды достаточно.
Слабовата естественная вытяжка в туалете и ванной, воздух застаивается, но можно включить электровентиляторы. Странный блок цифрового телевидения - отключается сам через некторое время и отключает вместе с собой телевизор. Поэтому если хотитет смотреть что-то по телевизору через Интернет, то просто отключите от телевизора провод, идущий от блока цифрового ТВ.
