Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Alle wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Bahnhof, von dem aus wir viele Ausflüge unternommen haben, sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Lage und die wichtigsten Utensilien (Kochplatte, Mikrowelle, Föhn, Kühlschrank) sind vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselbox hat super geklappt. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer sind schon purer Luxus.
Die Küche ist sehr klein und nur mit zwei Kochplatten ausgestattet, weswegen wir schließlich komplett aufs Kochen verzichtet haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat keinen Aufzug und ist somit für gehbehinderte Personen nur schwer begehbar. Das Auffinden des Gebäudes hat etwas gedauert, da die Fassade anders aussah als auf den zugesandten Fotos (Farbe war anders), aber im Endeffekt hat alles super geklappt.

Die Wohnung war mitten in der Altstadt, super. In der Nähe war eine Shopping Mall mit einem Supermarkt, was auch ein großer Vorteil ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Die Parksituation ist sehr schwierig in Riga, wir haben in der Nähe das Parkhaus genutzt. Das Bad war sehr klein.
