Lovely stay in a secluded farm setting but close to Framingham
Lovely rural setting on a farm. Lots of space to the next shepherds hut. Easy arrangements for collecting and depositing the keys. Short drive to a lovely pub with good food and a short drive into the centre of Framingham. The hut is well appointed and cosy, although it was a bit smaller than we expected we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

Would recommend to anyone!
Loved how neat, clean and tidy the property and hut were. Blown away by the beauty of the area and how well maintained the hut was.
We didn’t interact with any staff (neither at check-in or check-out) not sure if this is normal but definitely felt strange. Also, the property is very difficult to get to if you don’t have a car! Hardly any public walkway and we had to walk along the busy road with cars speeding past us most of the way. If you have a car then it’s not an issue though :)

A comfortable experience which we'd happily try again - just further from the septic tank!
Arrival and leaving were great. There was all we needed in the shepherd's hut.
There was a smell from the septic tank (which we got used to) which would have put off and visitors! And the immersion heater switch was awkward to access - could it not be wired to be above the bed rather than having to remove it each time we used it?! A full length mirror would be handy - perhaps on the back of the bathroom door - and a mains shaver point.

Lovely accommodation for a short stay in a lovely quiet site.
It was a nice surprise to find tea coffee etc at the hut.

Excellent location but the hut and setting was tired and needed some TLC. Rust on taps and sink etc.
Location was lovely, layout of hut worked as did the facilities
Considering we paid a £50 cleaning fee it wasn't clean enough - dust on surfaces, in corners etc. All a bit tired showing that there hasn't been much maintenance: pond was grey, taps and sink lots of rust spotting, outdoor chairs very sad, trees needed pruning and some TLC.
