It was centrally located with public transportation near by if needed. Great for two people who want a little bit more room. We went when it was in the high 80's (Fahrenheit) and the AC was working very well. Had a great view
Wish we were offered more than 1 set of towels. We were told we can pay for an additional set so that is an option.
