Excellent communication and organisation! We arrived after midnight and it was very easy to access the apartment. The staff and the manager are great people who made everything possible to satisfy our needs which sometimes were not related only to the apartment. The location is super good, it is very clean and safe.

I chose this hotel based on the great reviews, and it still managed to exceed my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Everything worked perfectly. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to return the next time I’m in Athens.

Great stay in the heart of Athens!

I have stayed quite a few times in this accommodation and I am always very satisfied. Since the last time was about 2 years ago, it is very nice to see small improvements. And a big one, which is the cleaning every 2 days!

I will recommend this property to those who want to explore the centre of Athens.

the location was superb. It is literally at the heart of Athens but the lane was quite quiet with easy access to all major places like Monastiraki, Plaka, Syntagma, Psyri, all within walking distance. They cleaned the room regularly. Facilities were good. the room size was good. Instructions were clear for accessing facilities.

Highly Recommend/Great Stay

Location was great, room was great, and reception was very accommodating/friendly. They stored my bags all day without any issues. To sum it up, everything about the stay was top notch. The price is extremely fair given all of the positives that come with the stay. The room is very nice and the utilities were amazing. It is easy to check in with the door code/lock box.

Big room in a nice area

The room was not that clean. Nobody came to clean our room, and the hotel said someone will come. Using the kitchen was not comfortable, and most of the kitchen tools were dirty.

The location of the property was perfect to tour Athens . The appartments are new and kept clean. The size of the appartments was good there was lots of room for our luggage and items. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stay was great however bad experience due to person items missing with no accountability

No breakfast provided. Location was great and was going to return to property to stay again.

Day of check out Monday 7 August I accidentally left all my toiletries and cosmetic bag in the bathroom. Monday evening when I checked into hotel at Nafplio and opened my suitcase I remembered that I had forgotten the above. I rang Costas at Leochares Lifestyle and told him that I had left the things in the bathroom and he advised that no one had reported anything left behind from staff. I was very disappointed that staff were not forthcoming in helping me to retrieve these items. Very poor service not to mention the expensive that I have to replace all the items missing. I contacted Costas several times however no effort shown. Due to this experience obviously I won’t be returning to this property ever again and request a full refund for the 2 nights stay.

Superb

We've been choosing the apartments based on its location. Honestly, Leochares was one of the best options. But once we arrived, we just realized that location was even better than we expected. Right on the main streets in the city center, lots of supermarkets, cafes, and stores are round. 10/10 for that. I loved the apartment as well, it was so cozy and lovely. I loved the style a lot. We had everything we needed: stove, kettle, some coffee, so we could easily eat inside when we wanted to. And we booked an option with the balcony, the view from there is pretty basic, but having some fresh air is cool anyway. The bed was super comfy as well. The bathroom was very nice, so everything was cool. It was pretty clean as well, but one towel was a bit dirty though, that was the only disadvantage. And we had enough space! The building has the elevator, so it's also a big plus. And there is a receptionist sitting there from morning till evening which is also cool, as we could leave our luggage there with her + she gave us our keys. However, if we arrived at night, we would just get the code from the door and get our keys near our room, the owner sent us clear instructions. So everything was just amazing, so I'm super satisfied. Next time we come to Athens, we'll definitely stay there!

In the afternoon the water is heated because of the sun, but in the evening you need to turn the boiler on. Nothing special, but sometimes you get home and you want to go to the bath immediately, but instead, you need to wait 30 min until water is heated. Besides, in the afternoon my friend was in the shower and the water was warm but then suddenly it became super cold, so keep that in mind. Probably that's the only disadvantage, but again just get home, turn the heating system on and you don't need to worry about water :)
