Trastevere Suites - Top Collection

The suite was exceptionally comfortable. My initial room was “facing” the street but as I am elderly and disabled and without requesting, Tricia, one of the delightful receptionists swapped me to a quieter room at the back of the property with a view of an internal grassed and “treed” courtyard. It was cleaned everyday and though not requested the room and bed were “made up” every day and restocked with clean towels frequently.

In all honesty there was nothing I could say I didn’t like.

La location est super, c’est à dire, tout prêt de la zone touristique, tout se fait bien à pied ou meme en trotinette electrique que vous pouvez louez facilement sur lime. Lit comfortable, le personnel est acceuillant et sympathique.

Everything to like -from the very well explained instructions of finding and entering the unit from Alejandro and Tina. A lovely welcome from Tina who was very helpful explaining the neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby and what buses we needed to catch. No problem at all to contact either of them if we needed any assistance during our stay. The unit was large modern spotlessly clean, appreciated the nice little welcome pack. The bed, pillows comfortable, good shower. Even though our unit faced the busy street there was no problem with noise due to double windows. Air conditioning if needed as well. Also lovely to get a message from both of them on our first morning to check that everything was ok. Thankyou Alejandro and Tina
