Excellent location. Excellent view from rooms. Staff was really polite. Easy to find Property. Very neat and clean.
No food facility at the property, you have to order it from outside. No hall in the villa. I felt it was little over priced. Smoking not allowed in the rooms.

The washroom was very sad needs a complete revamp
# Tap were super hard ( scaling )
# No water Pressure to taps ( all washrooms )
# Only Luke warm water NO HOT water
# No Television in rooms
# 3 Rooms and ONLY 2 WASHROOMS WHY ?
# No wash basin near the Lunch dinner area
# It’s about 60kms from the M2M jetty but takes 2 hours MINIMUM and the road is bad
The Property is expensive for the 35k++ but the location is worth it…
