Apple Tree Apartments Koregaon Park

This is a room in a flat with a common living area and kitchen. It was spacious and very clean. The security at the gates immediately took my check-in and handed the keys. The room was SPACIOUS and CLEAN, with a COSY ambience and decor. It has a lockable wardrobe, large TV, kettle and tea/cogge amenities, geyser, AC. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, induction stove, chimney and basic utensils, crockery and cutlery. Because of this, I was able to make a light breakfast and also heat my takeaway dinner in the microwave. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a good geyser that gave hot water. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily unless you refused service. Staff were polite and helpful. The location is great. Nice, quiet, green inner lane in Korgaon Park with lots of cafes and pubs within walking distance. Busier streets with more restaurants and shops are just a 10-minute walk too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing I didn't like, but a few suggestions for the owner. Internet speed could be better - OTT was buffering a bit.

Clean peaceful place v good for complete solitude and relaxation .. plus v good place to eat nearby esp Dhaba shaba no food here as such ...but doesnt hurt...even I was helped by the security to park my car

Nothing as such superb place....just that the wash basin taps need a Jaali to regulate the flow... its wasting tooooooo much water also the toilet seats need tightening

CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM & BATHROOM. LOCATION IS CENTRAL. CARETAKERS WERE HELPFUL.

HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE NUMBERS AND WAIT FOR ROOM ALLOCATION.
