About this house rental
If you would like to participate in any additional activities on offer, like a night jungle safari and overnight camping at Meruling mountain, we are happy to arrange this for you. You are also very welcome to join in a variety of farm activities including cow-milking, seed-planting and harvesting. And you can even take a ride on our tractor! We also have bicycles and motorbike for rent to go explore the area. If you would like to discover the area, cycling, hiking and walking tours are possible in the surroundings and we can arrange a car rental service. For guests with children, we provide both an indoor and outdoor play area.
We offer home-cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving traditional local cuisine using local produce and produce from our very own farm (my personal recommendation is the Poha for breakfast). We also sell hot and cold drinks, ice cream, and other snacks. Should you want to cook yourself, there is a fully equipped kitchen available to use any time.
Some accommodation includes a terrace and a satellite flat-screen TV equipped with streaming services, as well as air conditioning. All rooms come with bed linen, towels and toiletries.
There are many local attractions and historical landmarks. Ajinkyatara Fort is 12km away, Parsi Point is 46 km, Kaas Plateau, Satara's most popular destination and UNESCO heritage site is 28km away, while Kaner dam is just 4km away.
In terms of getting to the Ingawale Farmhouse, the nearest airport is Pune International Airport, 117 km from the farm stay. You can also reach the Farmhouse by bus from Satara city. There are regular buses from Satara to Dhawadshi and the bus stop is Ganesh Nagar, Kidgaon. If you have any questions about reaching us, feel free to get in touch!
