Great location with facilities

Air conditioning not working

Clean & cozy apartment with many eateries & shopping malls nearby, self check-in was easy with clear instructions, it’s fully equipped kitchen (electric stove toaster microwave oven electric water kettle dish washer plates cups glasses cooking oil sugar salt & pepper), capsules were provided for the coffee machine, there are a lot of Spanish & English books to read at living room, power adapter & USB phone charger are provided as well, good water pressure with ample hot water, fast wifi speed, close to bus stop & subway, host Holi-Grant was helpful & responded fast

Very long and tedious form filling given by Holi-Grant before check-in; apartment is at ground floor, bedroom is directly facing the street; electricity is controlled by a key lock, even the light cannot be switched on, at night a torch light was needed to find this lock to unlock it; keys are soldered, cannot be taken out individually, whenever I needed to open the terrace door with a key I had to switch off the electricity; the fridge door was blocked by the cabinet doors, making it very hard to open; coffee was leaking from coffee machine while brewing; no detergent was provided to use the washing machine; lighting at dining area was burnt; only 2 rolls of toilet paper were given for 7-night stay; no kitchen napkin available
