We absolutely LOVED staying here!! Perfect location, quiet, yet walking distance to everything. Stunning panoramic views. The hosts Valentina and Francesco were amazing. We stayed in one of the tower rooms with our own private terrace that has the best view of Matera. Can't be beaten.

Close to everything. Fabulous view over the sassi on the veranda. The hosts had cocktails on the terrace overlooking the valley for sunset. We watched the city come alive with lights and had wonderful conversation with the other guests.

This was the most exceptional hotel I have ever been. The view over Matera is beautiful. Valentina is a very welcoming person and she even managed to arrange my very short-notice requests. Everything was just perfect! I highly recommend Torretta ai Sassi! Grazie mille!
