La Pergola ai Sassi is ideally located for exploring the Sassis. Our room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, the hearty breakfast fuelled us for the day ahead and Chiara and Rocco were the perfect hosts. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and would highly recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay in Matera! The property is very close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this beautiful city. The hosts were excellent and very welcoming — everything was organized with great care and attention. The breakfast was delicious and very enjoyable. A big advantage is the free parking on the nearby street, which is especially convenient in Matera. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!
