Wonderful staff. Wonderful location and logistics in getting back/forth to mainland/Aswan proper.
Put simply, the resort is not completed - which is not articulated when booking is made. The resort is under construction for planned expansion and facilities such as pool facility, second restaurant, outdoor seating spaces are still not finished. We had booked a premium room/facility and to be completely honest - the resort cannot/should not yet charge for premium stays. WILL be a incredibly premium stay once the resort/facilities are finished, but difficult to say that is currently the case.
