    I think the BenBen hotel is rabsolutely the most magical and beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in over 30 years of regular travel. Everyone was lovely, the food was fresh and delicious, the spa was decadent and calming and the room was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

    the stay is beautiful. the rooms are big.. the boat ride to the hotel is very pleasant.. the food options was very limited.. apart from that an overall very pleasant stay

    We arrived early and our room wasnt ready yet , they gave us free upgrade and it was one of the best rooms i've stayed in in noba . the food is great and the staff is more than friendly.

    To be fair the hotel has potential to be a great one. Yet it’s very poorly managed. First of all the food was terrible. Nothing in the breakfast was fresh. The bread was so bad, everything tasted terrible and was of a weird texture or had too much flour. Not to mention that the falafel was black, prob been fried over and over. It was so oily. Their foul was watery. The coffee was so bad. The bartender didn’t know what a syrup was and couldn’t tell what flavours they had. We asked for boiled eggs. They said it will take time and they suggested poached eggs. It came so soggy and the water was spilled on us. The juices were frozen Their dinner was so bad too. Everything was flavourless and overpriced. Day one, we had staff members unlocking with their key to replace snacks, while we were getting changed. The manager did apologize when we complained. I still don’t understand how it happened, since there wasn’t any knocking and the door was clearly locked from the inside. When they saw us, they didn’t apologize on the spot. The lock on the terrace wasn’t working, which made me feel unsafe. We asked for the jacuzzi to be checked around three times. It was cold, I was told to leave it on so the water can heat up. I did, and in the morning we woke up got ready to use it and it stopped working at all. Every time I talk to the staff, they said they’ll sort and nothing happened.
