it was not cleaned after the last customer (unmade bed, dirty towels, dirty glasses, etc.) and the air conditioning did not work

Excellent and clean appartment, close to center

Easy accessible, parking available, easy to talk to hosts and pay at property

There is air conditioning but it is not strong enough so since it is summer, apartment was very hot.

Superb

It is a lovely appartment. Very cosy. Feels very home-like and the owner was a very nice lady. We felt very welcome and the check-in went very smooth. It's a big plus to have the private parking for 2 motorcycles inside the gate.

The shower is quite small and it was hard not to get the whole bathroom wet. Also the bedroom was quite small, but both not a big problem.

Dogs barked all night, old uncomfortable sofa. On the booking announced two beds and one sofa, in the reality one bed and one sofa. Uncomfortable bathroom with smell. Lock in the main door doesn't work. Door to the bathroom doesn't close properly. Not enough sockets.

The host is friendly and solved all the confusion we have with the arrival.

The host didn't know wnen we will arrive alltrough we wrote on booking the hour of our arriving time. Also in booking address is no house number available and we oriented by the fence and of course at first arrived on wrong house. Luckily the neighbour showed us the right house.

The flat is great with all you need including a living room. There is a nice external area where to enjoy the sun. But the best part was the owner and her daughter who despite having booked few minutes before I arrived were already expecting me and getting the room ready. They were very friendly and offered me a drink before the room was ready. We had a lovely chat in the garden and made my stay perfect.
