Location. Clear check-in instructions. Ample parking lots.
Broken appliances (washing machine, hot water dispenser), leaking kitchen drainage. No filtered drinking water.
Bathroom vanity with doors that do not close properly. Blankets were small and thin. Towels a bit tired looking.
