    I would like to provide my feedback regarding my recent stay at Villa Chee. Unfortunately, I am seriously dissatisfied with my experience, particularly regarding the water supply issue throughout my stay. I understand that the water disruption may have been caused by an issue with the external water supply provider, and I acknowledge that this may not have been entirely within the property’s control. However, from a guest’s perspective, what matters is how the property manages the situation when an unexpected problem occurs. For an accommodation charging more than RM700 for a one-night stay for six guests, I believe there should be some form of contingency plan in place for an essential facility such as water. For example, having an adequate backup water tank or an alternative emergency water supply would have significantly reduced the inconvenience to guests. The issue was not merely about comfort. We had difficulty using the bathroom and carrying out basic hygiene needs. My family and I had to use bottled mineral water for basic necessities, which was extremely inconvenient and certainly not what we expected when paying for a stay of this value. In my opinion, good hospitality is not only about providing a room when everything is functioning normally. It is also about having proper SOPs and contingency plans to manage unexpected situations and, most importantly, making sure guests are properly taken care of when problems occur. I hope Agoda will take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing the property’s standards for handling essential utility disruptions. I also believe the property should have a proper contingency plan and customer recovery SOP in place so that future guests do not have to experience the same situation. This was my first experience staying at Villa Chee, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing one. I sincerely hope the management will learn from this incident and take the necessary steps to improve their service and guest experience. Thank you.
