Villa Cannes Resort Zakopane - grota solna, sauna fińska

We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. Everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

At the reception, we were asked to pay an additional 12 PLN for air conditioning, in cash only. It would be helpful to understand why card payments were not accepted, why this fee was not charged through Booking.com, and why it was not mentioned on the website. It would also be great if the coffee machine were available after breakfast. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Interior is beautiful and stylish, the room was spacious. Really enjoyed the pool area. The staff members were friendly. Good spaces for parking. Air conditioner was very much appreciated.

The staff could improve their English. The towel dryer does not work in the warm season.

Large pool, delicious breakfasts, everything is new and freshly renovated.

During all four nights, our room was not cleaned even once, which was very unusual. The refrigerator made a strange squeaking noise, and unfortunately, this background sound greatly disturbed our sleep.

Hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast.

When we arrieved in room was 17 degrees and conditioner was on. We turned it off immediatly, but the room was crazy cold for 2 days. Conditioner could not be turned on for heating. We traveled with 4 years old child, who got cold after sleeping in this temperature. Also we booked this hotel because of pool and sauna. It was closed. Out of order. We are very disappointed in this hotel. The staff did not speak english, but it is normal in Poland.
