Villa Cannes Resort Zakopane - grota solna, sauna fińska

Interior is beautiful and stylish, the room was spacious. Really enjoyed the pool area. The staff members were friendly. Good spaces for parking. Air conditioner was very much appreciated.

The staff could improve their English. The towel dryer does not work in the warm season.

Large pool, delicious breakfasts, everything is new and freshly renovated.

During all four nights, our room was not cleaned even once, which was very unusual. The refrigerator made a strange squeaking noise, and unfortunately, this background sound greatly disturbed our sleep.

I really liked jacuzzi and sauna. Little inconvenience is that you have to go trough outside to get there so when you are wet in swimwear and its cold outside, you have to go trough to get in your room. I also liked staff, they were helpfull and welcoming, they packed us snacks to go instead of breakfast buffet when we asked because we didn’t have time for breakfast.

I had a problem with wet towels and robes. When you use pool and then shower you end up with three wet towels and swimsuit and robe, there was not a space to let it dry out and when I hang it over balcony chair to let it dry out on a sun, someone went to my room and took it from balcony and put it inside on one pile- so in the evening when I came to my room everything was wet. Also they did not take the trash out once in our 4 days stay - and you have very small trash can.

Hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast.

When we arrieved in room was 17 degrees and conditioner was on. We turned it off immediatly, but the room was crazy cold for 2 days. Conditioner could not be turned on for heating. We traveled with 4 years old child, who got cold after sleeping in this temperature. Also we booked this hotel because of pool and sauna. It was closed. Out of order. We are very disappointed in this hotel. The staff did not speak english, but it is normal in Poland.
