2. good view from the balcony (6 floor) and pool in the same floor
3. good cleaning service and staff of Lofty company.
1. everything is old. sofas must be changed! it is dangerous if you decide to sit down fast)
2. 4 cups and 3 glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment. poor utensils.
3. Dirty pool in the 1 floor. sometimes dirty pool in the 6 floor and it is small. not enough for all citizens, because of not usable big one on the first floor

Spacious, and facilities good
They can change the bed sheets more often. like every 3rd day will be ok. The furniture in living room kind of worn out.
