Obwohl das Gebäude vor Paar Jahren gebaut wurde, die Appartements sind sogar zum Vorjahr sehr abgenutzt. Wenn man hier nicht kontinuierlich pflegt, wird die Nachfrage runtergehen. Sehr überteuert.
