spacious room and quiet. a special mention to Isa and Miguel on reception,they were very charming and friendly. colourful artistic decoration around the hotel.

The property is in the zona colonial, so all sightseeing is within walking distance. All of the staff members that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and extended one more directly at the reception. We had a small apartment with a kitchen area (microwave, kettle, no full stove) and a separate bathroom. Everything in the room was great and functional. There is a lovely inner courtyard and a small pool on the top. Fabulous for a relaxing dip at the end of the day.

Good location
No hot water, they know this but don't inform you until after you check in and pay full amount.
Reception was not 24/7, arrived at 7pm and had to stand on street in rain for 30 min. They don't answer calls or messages. Online check in is useless and doesn't provide access code or save time.
Room was nice but did not match photos.
